Requirements

Education: Degree in civil engineering, architecture, or equivalent qualification (e.g. building technician, master builder).

Work experience: Several years of experience in project management/senior construction management for residential or commercial real estate.

Professional skills: Familiarity with VOB, HOAI, and building regulations.

IT skills: Experience with industry-specific software (e.g. RIB iTWO, AutoCAD, MS Office).

Personality: Assertive, organized, and with a sense of details and deadlines.
