Senior Compliance Officer

At Residential Management Group (RMG), compliance sits at the heart of everything we do – protecting our customers, our clients and our colleagues. We're looking for a Senior Compliance Officer to play a key role in supporting the delivery of statutory and regulatory compliance across our managed portfolio. This is a varied and high-impact role, working closely with internal stakeholders and external compliance providers to ensure high standards are consistently met across core compliance, as such, we require someone who has experience in compliance and regulatory affairs, preferably within the property management or financial services sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations, including but not limited to: Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other relevant compliance frameworks. You will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of our business are compliant with these regulations, working closely with the Compliance Manager to develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance. This role is critical in maintaining RMG's reputation as a responsible and compliant organisation.
