About This Role: SHOPLINE is looking for a talented Senior Compliance Manager who will be responsible for ensuring the compliance of our platform with relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate should have experience in compliance management, risk assessment, and regulatory affairs. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement effective compliance strategies to ensure the platform’s compliance with relevant laws and regulations. • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks and develop mitigation plans. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. • Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters. • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to compliance. • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and other stakeholders.
