(Senior) Compliance & Legal Manager (m/f/d)

• Development, review, and negotiation of customer- and supplier-side framework and individual contracts and general terms and conditions, as well as support and adaptation of ongoing contracts
• Support in all company-related contract and commercial law issues
• Further development of existing contract standards and processing of all legal matters
• Creation of internal guidelines and specifications in areas such as information security, data protection, export control
• Establishment of new and further development of existing risk management systems
• Support and coordination of data protection topics
• Establishment of IP management (including trademark law) and support/management of patent management
• Monitoring of legal requirements and implementation of national laws or European regulations and directives
• Compliance Management - Support for product conformity
• Support for export control and export control legal reviews, especially with regard to defense goods
• Management of insurances
• Undertaking of special projects

• Completed studies in business law, international business law, or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, relevant professional experience in the legal department of an internationally operating company
• Knowledge in the areas of: international business law, IP law, IT law, data protection, and export control law
• Structured and goal-oriented way of working as well as willingness to independently develop and actively drive topics
• High social competence and team skills
• Very good English skills
