We are looking for a Senior Community & Content Manager IT (w/m/d).

Tasks

• Strategic and operational build-up and further development of community management in internal communication.
• Conceptualization and steering of communication campaigns for an internal social network and comparable digital channels.
• Development of content strategies and editorial implementation of communication measures.
• BUILD-UP, STEERING, AND MONITORING OF DIGITAL COMMUNITIES INCLUDING REPORTING.
• Editorial creation and editing of news articles.
• Content moderation including feedback management and consulting internal stakeholders.
• Strategic design of communication formats.

Qualification

• At least 4 years of professional experience in community management, internal communication, or a journalistic environment.
• At least 3 years of experience in building and steering digital communities.
• At least 5 years of experience in editorial creation and editing of articles.
• Experience in content moderation and stakeholder management.
• Very good German language skills (C2).
• Study of Germanistics or comparable qualification.
