Senior Commercial Support Manager (m/f/d)

• Qualification and prioritization of incoming site leads based on defined criteria for en-route and destination charging infrastructure
• Analysis and evaluation of potential sites as well as creation of well-founded decision bases for lead follow-up
• Presentation of site evaluations and recommended actions to management, especially in complex or unclear cases
• Ensuring structured and high-quality handover of qualified leads to regional Commercial Managers
• Continuous development and optimization of site qualification and evaluation processes as well as associated systems
• Building, developing, and managing a network of brokers and service partners for the generation of qualified site leads
• Identification, selection, and onboarding of new broker partners, including negotiation and management of commission agreements
• Development and implementation of an effective lead generation strategy through digital, partner, and direct sales channels
• Maintenance and further development of the lead pipeline and the broker network in the CRM system
• Monitoring and reporting of relevant key figures, especially lead quality, lead volume, and conversion rates
• Close collaboration with sales marketing for planning and implementation of lead generation measures and campaigns

• Completed university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a comparable field of study
• Experience in site evaluation and qualification of sites, as well as a good understanding of the CPO business
• Experience in lead generation, business development, or management of partner and broker networks
• Knowledge in the real estate environment or in building and supporting broker networks is an advantage
• Strong ability to build and maintain sustainable business relationships
• Structured, process-oriented, and independent way of working
• Entrepreneurial hands-on mentality as well as the motivation to build new processes and structures
• Proficient use of CRM systems and lead management tools
• Analytical skills for evaluating leads and tracking conversion metrics
• Experience with Sitetracker or comparable pipeline management tools is an advantage
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
