Senior Commercial Lawyer

About the role This is a great opportunity for a senior commercial lawyer to make your mark. Our client is looking for an experienced solicitor to take up this opportunity with a successful and growing law firm based in Parnell. This firm specialise in a wide spectrum of law including litigation, commercial, property, relationship property, alternative dispute resolution and personal matters, such as wills and trusts. The composition of work is likely to vary depending on your skill set but will be predominantly focused on the following areas: * Litigation: This may include preparing pleadings, drafting witness statements, conducting legal research, attending court hearings and advising clients on litigation strategies. * Commercial Law: This may include reviewing and negotiating contracts, advising on corporate governance issues, providing guidance on company law and securities law, and assisting with the preparation of commercial documents such as share purchase agreements and loan agreements. * Property Law: This may include preparing and reviewing property deeds, advising on property transactions, and assisting with the preparation of property-related documents such as leases and mortgages. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in one or more of these areas and be able to demonstrate their expertise through examples of previous work.
