Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a large portfolio of complex commercial clients
- Deliver expert advice and tailored risk solutions across manufacturing and related industries
- Develop strong relationships with both local and international clients
- Mentor and support junior brokers within the team
- Negotiate with insurers to deliver optimal outcomes for clients
- Significant experience as a Senior Commercial Broker
- Proven background managing large, complex portfolios
- Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing risks and commercial insurance products
- Excellent negotiation and client management skills
- Strategic thinker with a proactive, solutions-driven approach
- ANZIIF or NZCFS Level 5 in General Insurance
