Job description
We are seeking a skilled Senior Commercial Broker based in either Hamilton or Tauranga to manage and grow a portfolio of mid-market clients across multiple industries. You will work closely with clients to deliver tailored risk solutions while building strong relationships with insurers and industry partners.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing and developing a portfolio of mid-market commercial clients
- Delivering strategic advice and customised risk solutions
- Driving client retention and portfolio growth
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with insurers and underwriters
- Supporting and mentoring junior brokers
- Proven experience in commercial broking, ideally mid-market or corporate level
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance lines
- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills
- Level 5 Certificate in Financial Services
- A proactive and commercially driven mindset
