Senior Collection Operations & Process Manager (all genders)

As Europe's largest digital parking space manager, we operate over 4,000 parking areas with smart freeflow camera systems. We digitize the entire parking experience – from free parking spaces to paid parking to our own app platform.

If a transaction remains unpaid, we identify the vehicle owner and process the follow-up in a fair and legally compliant manner.

As a Senior Collection Operations & Process Manager (all genders), you are the operational and analytical heart of precisely these follow-up processes. You manage and optimize European workflows from official vehicle owner data inquiries and reminder dispatch to the interface for Customer Care and external collection partners.

What to expect

• Process Responsibility: You will assume overall strategic and operational responsibility for European debt collection to drive the efficiency, legal compliance, and scalability of vehicle owner data determination (license plate and address data).

• International Workflows: You will optimize our European workflows for vehicle owner data determination and flexibly develop new processes and fallback options for new local regulations or changes in service providers.

• Correspondence & Automation: You will be responsible for the internationalization and continuous automation of the dispatch of payment demands and physical correspondence to vehicle owners throughout the EU.

• Adaptation of Payment Processes: You will strategically analyze international payment habits and optimally align our collection processes with monetization in each target market.

• Compliance: You will act as an internal expert for compliance with European data protection (GDPR) and debt collection guidelines throughout the entire process.

• Interface & Partner Leadership: You will act as a central sparring partner for Product, Tech, Legal, and Customer Care, and manage the negotiation and technical integration of external partners (mailing service providers, debt collection agencies) from A to Z.

• Performance & Optimization: You will analyze performance metrics, define process-specific KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Inspire us by

• Experience: You have several years of solid professional experience in operational debt collection, collections environment, credit risk, or operational process management – ideally in a highly scalable tech, FinTech, or LegalTech environment.

• Regulatory & Partner Management: In-depth knowledge of European data protection (GDPR) and debt collection regulations, as well as strong negotiation skills and experience in managing international service providers and authorities.

• Analytical Skills: Proficient in using BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Metabase, as well as proven experience in defining and implementing process-specific KPIs.

• AI Enthusiasm: Genuine curiosity for AI tools and the drive to use them to make collection processes smarter, faster, and more efficient.

• Mindset: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, paired with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Language Skills: Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.

Nice-to-have

• Country-Specific Know-how: Proven practical experience in setting up cross-border B2C process structures

• Scaling: Proven experience in building and scaling processes when entering new markets.
