Senior Collection Manager (Commercial Loan)

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Loan Collection Manager to manage front-end collections for commercial lending portfolios. The role involves early-stage delinquency management, customer engagement, and ensuring timely recoveries while maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Handle front-end collections for commercial loan portfolios Proactively engage with clients to ensure timely repayments and reduce delinquencies Follow up with customers via calls, emails, and letters as necessary Ensure all collections are handled in accordance with company policies and procedures Maintain accurate records of all collection activities Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns related to collections. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial lending and credit principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
