Job description
Job Responsibilities Plan, execute, monitor, and control all technical aspects of projects. Lead or contribute to new system/network infrastructure setups or upgrades. Support operational systems in line with contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Conduct routine preventive maintenance and manage operational activities efficiently. Prepare comprehensive project documentation and reports. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
