Your Tasks

• Counseling and implementation of Identity & Access Management (IAM) on AWS infrastructure
• Conceptualization of IAM solutions (One Identity Manager, Keycloak etc.), authorization and re-certification concepts
• Cloud architecture (AWS) for stable, secure platforms; cloud security concepts
• DevOps / CI-CD in complex AWS environment; troubleshooting in IAM-, AWS-, and CI/CD environments
• Counseling of departments and steering the team-wide implementation (ITSM)

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience in counseling for IAM processes (common IAM tools)
• 3+ years of experience in AWS architecture and building infrastructure
• Verifiable reference projects – decisive for public tenders
• DevOps / CI-CD, cloud security, agile working
• German on C1 level; certifications beneficial (AWS, IAM tools)

Ai-Tools are a must, not a bonus

Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor: You must be able to work productively with these. Not because we want to be hip, but because our customers expect it and we also work that way. If you hold AI tools for hype and prefer to do everything yourself: wrong company. Internally, we invest in your AI skills.
