(Senior) Clinical Trial Manager (m/w/d)

For a research-based pharmaceutical company focused on respiratory diseases, we are seeking an experienced personality in the field of clinical project management. As (Senior) Clinical Trial Manager, you will be responsible for planning, conducting, and monitoring Phase I clinical studies and work closely with external partners, such as contract research organizations (CROs), investigators, and regulatory authorities. Your tasks will include: • Developing and implementing study protocols in collaboration with the study sponsor and CROs • Coordinating and managing the study team, including investigators, monitors, and data coordinators • Ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and applicable regulations • Managing budgets and resources for individual studies • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful study execution • Providing regular updates to stakeholders on study progress and results. The ideal candidate should have: • A degree in a life science-related field, such as biology, chemistry, or pharmacy • At least 5 years of experience in clinical trial management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry • Strong knowledge of GCP guidelines and applicable regulations • Excellent communication and project management skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
