We are looking for a Senior Client Success Specialist who shares our values and is passionate about delivering exceptional Client experiences. As a Senior Client Success Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our Clients, ensuring their needs are met, and identifying opportunities to grow and expand our partnership. You will be the primary point of contact for our Clients, providing exceptional service, and ensuring that their experience with Boldr is seamless and enjoyable. You will also be responsible for identifying and escalating any issues that may arise, and working with our internal teams to resolve them.
