About the Role – Senior Client Success Director

The Senior Client Success Director is a strategic, relationship-focused role that plays a key part in ensuring prospective clients receive expert guidance and a supportive introduction to our high-level development offerings. What You’ll Do

• Connect with qualified prospective clients to understand their needs and introduce aligned solutions
• Manage communications via video conferencing, email, and other digital channels with clarity and professionalism
• Build and nurture relationships throughout the full client engagement cycle
• Apply marketing and outreach strategies across various platforms (training and guidance provided)
• Participate in a collaborative team environment while maintaining individual focus and accountability
• Engage in regular development sessions aimed at enhancing client success, leadership, and communication

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years in client services, success management, or consultative business development
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional fluency in English (both spoken and written)
• A thoughtful, goal-oriented approach to relationship management
• Experience working in remote or digital-first environments using tools like CRM systems, video platforms, and social media
• Enthusiasm for contributing to a mission-focused, high-integrity team
