Senior Client Liaison Executive

Job Description Simply put, we do two things at NielsenIQ. We measure performance for our clients and we use analytics to help our clients grow their business. Measurement and analytics are two separate things, and each is important and valuable on its own. But the connection of the two makes them both even more critical and valuable. You will MAKE A DIFFERENCE by acting as front and face for our operations team, both internally towards our Client Services team and directly with Clients. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. This role is a key interface between our internal teams and external clients, requiring excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. You will also work closely with the Client Services team to ensure that client needs are met and exceeded. In addition, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to grow our business through new initiatives and partnerships. This role is a critical part of our operations team and requires someone who can build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and drive results.
