Senior Civil Quantity Surveyor - Construction Industry - R850K - R650K

RPO Recruitment’s client is looking for a skilled and talented Civil Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Cape Town.

Requirements:

• BSc or BEng Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• Minimum of 15 years QS experience with a civil contractor on large projects
• Knowledgeable of construction claims legislation (GCC, NEC, JBCC, FIDIC, COTO,
• COLTO, SANS)
• Proficient in CCS, MS Project and Buildsmart (a must have)
• Experience on SANRAL Projects in excess of >R200 million (roads and bridges)
• Registered member of SACQSP
• Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans
  

• Salary: R650K/yr - R850K/yr, salary negotiable
