- Degree in Civil Engineering, with CPEng or working towards.
- 7+ years’ experience in civil design, infrastructure or land development.
- Proficient in roads, drainage, utilities and earthworks design.
- Comfortable leading projects and mentoring junior engineers.
- Strong communicator with experience engaging clients, councils and contractors.
- Familiar with Australian standards and approvals processes.
- Manage civil design from concept through delivery.
- Coordinate and review work across multidisciplinary teams.
- Prepare reports, drawings, cost estimates and tender documents.
- Liaise with clients, councils and service authorities.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
- Conduct site visits and resolve design or construction issues.
