The Role As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and delivering complex land development projects, working closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and deliver complex land development projects, ensuring timely and within budget completion. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and project teams. • Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions and drive project outcomes. • Ensure the highest level of quality and safety in all projects. The Ideal Candidate We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Civil Engineer who is passionate about making a lasting impact on communities. You will have: • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. • At least 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a strong focus on land development projects. • A strong understanding of New Zealand's building codes, regulations, and standards. • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. • The ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
