Job Overview Our Quality group ensures each material inside our products is manufactured, processed, tested, packaged, stored and distributed in alignment with our high standards of quality and regulatory requirements. Partnering across manufacturing facilities, external contract manufacturers and suppliers, we create a global manufacturing network committed to delivering a compliant, reliable supply to customers and patients on time, every time. This is a QC Senior Chemist position reporting to the Quality Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of chemists in the development and implementation of analytical methods and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing analytical methods and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. • Leading a team of chemists in the development and implementation of analytical methods and procedures. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential quality issues. • Providing technical guidance and support to manufacturing facilities, external contract manufacturers and suppliers. • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements through audits, inspections and testing. • Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and contract manufacturers to ensure compliance with our quality standards. • Participating in the development of new products and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. • Providing training and guidance to manufacturing facilities, external contract manufacturers and suppliers on analytical methods and procedures. • Ensuring that all activities are performed in accordance with our quality policy and procedures. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field. • 5+ years of experience in a Quality Control or Research and Development environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. • Experience working with regulatory agencies such as FDA, EPA, etc. is preferred.
