Senior Chemical Formulator for Chemical/Ecological Company - Salerno

Plurimpresa Srl, Agency for Labor Aut.Min. prot. n.39/13989 of 24/10/2013 is seeking a Senior Chemical Formulator for an important company operating in the chemical/ecological sector with headquarters in the province of Salerno: SENIOR CHEMICAL FORMULATOR In the context of strengthening its own Research & Development department, the company is looking for a Senior Chemical Formulator with proven experience in formulating and optimizing low-impact environmental products. Responsibilities: - Developing, optimizing, and validating new chemical formulations in compliance with existing environmental and safety regulations. - Researching and selecting eco-compatible raw materials and additives. - Collaborating with production and quality departments to transfer developed formulations on an industrial scale. - Conducting laboratory tests, stability analyses, and product performance evaluations. - Providing technical and scientific support to commercial teams and clients. Requirements: - Master's degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. - Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles (formulation or R&D) in the chemical or ecological sector. - Excellent knowledge of REACH, CLP regulations, and chemical safety procedures. - Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams. - Attitude towards innovation, precision, and sustainability-oriented approach. - Good technical knowledge of English.
