Small Tented Lodge that sleeps 10 guests, serving dinner, Bed & Breakfast based in Guernsey close to Kruger National Park is looking for a Senior Chef de Partie. Duties: Assist with mise-en-place preparation and arranging food as instructed by the Sous - or Head Chef.
