The Network Enabled Army (NEA) Programme is a long term (up to 12 years), large scale, complex programme which will have important outcomes for supporting NZDF operations. The Programme will introduce into service a deployable, networked Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance capability for the New Zealand Army.
The purpose of the Senior Change Manager is to fully support the Army Transformation Manager with implementation and management of changes affecting people; including business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisational structures.
In relation to implementing Army Transformation the primary focus of this role is to:
* Provide high level engagement and communication across the organisation
* Keep senior leaders/ key stakeholders fully informed
* Raise awareness and understanding of the NEA Programme
* Encourage ‘buy in' to the new programme and manage any barriers to change
* Provide effective change leadership as we continue to build the NEA Programme
This role is based in Wellington CBD. Once you have undergone training and are up to speed, there is the option of flexibility working arrangements.

We are looking for a senior executive whose role will be to provide exceptional executive support by ensuring that the day to day running of the Programme is maintained at the highest level. In conjunction with other members of a Change Management Team, you will be tasked to manage, advise and provide direction to your fellow team of specialists.
We would like to hear from you if you are a highly motivated, self-starter with a strong background in Change Management as well as leadership, strategic acumen, collaboration and reporting.
Your skills will be put to the test leading continuous organisational change and ensuring the delivery of the intended benefits while maximising opportunities to deliver additional benefits that align with strategic goals and plans.
In particular we are keen to hear about your:
* Considerable experience in change management and providing fresh, innovative solutions
* High level influencing and negotiation skills

* Ability to provide strategic leadership and guidance where new ways of working are being established at a rapid pace
