As (Senior) Change Manager (m/w/d) at the location Bad Nauheim, you shape change where it is decided – and make it tangible in everyday life of DAX- and large companies.

Aufgaben

• You develop Change Impact Analyses and Change Strategies for AI-transformations in DAX- and large companies and integrate adoption from the beginning into the program design.
• You shape Communication Strategy and Storytelling for AI-adoption programs – from Narrative Framing and internal campaigns to Town Halls and training- as well as enablement programs.
• You build AI-Champion Networks and develop them further, carrying change energy sustainably into the organization.
• You are responsible for Stakeholder Mapping and Alignment on the relevant mandate level and address resistances and conflicts proactively.
• You accompany Cultural Transformation and Leadership Alignment and ensure that executives do not only tolerate but actively drive change forward.
• You work in interdisciplinary project teams with and bring your expertise directly where strategic decisions are made.

Qualifikation

• Multiple years of professional experience in Change Management, ideally in a consulting environment or in the management of complex transformation programs.
• Demonstrable experience in accompanying digital or AI-driven transformations in large organizations.
• Safe Stakeholder management at executive level as well as the ability to constructively dissolve resistances.
• Strong communication skills – you develop narratives that take people along, not just inform them.
• Experience in designing training and enablement formats as well as internal communication campaigns.
• Interest in regulated industries and willingness to get involved in industry-specific requirements (Nice-to-have).
