Senior Change Manager

To support this vision, we are currently seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager (Internal Job Title: Delivery Manager) who will lead and manage the delivery of complex change initiatives across the organisation. This is a critical role that will work closely with our Executive Team, Business Leaders, and Stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of our strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering large-scale change initiatives, with a focus on stakeholder engagement, communication, and cultural transformation. Key responsibilities will include: • Developing and implementing effective change management strategies and plans to support the delivery of our strategic initiatives. • Leading and managing cross-functional teams to deliver complex change initiatives. • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored communication and engagement plans. • Providing coaching and guidance to team members to ensure successful delivery of change initiatives. • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including Executive Team members, Business Leaders, and Stakeholders. • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with change initiatives. • Developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of change initiatives. • Providing regular progress updates to stakeholders and the Executive Team. • Ensuring that all change initiatives are aligned with our organisational values and culture. • Developing and implementing processes and procedures to ensure the successful delivery of change initiatives. • Providing thought leadership and expertise in change management best practices. • Collaborating with other departments to ensure that change initiatives are integrated with other organisational initiatives. • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive change management framework that outlines the processes, procedures, and best practices for delivering change initiatives. • Providing training and coaching to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver change initiatives. • Developing and implementing a change management budget and resource plan to ensure the successful delivery of change initiatives. The ideal candidate will have: • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Organisational Development, Human Resources). • At least 5 years of experience in a change management or organisational development role. • Proven track record of delivering large-scale change initiatives. • Strong understanding of organisational development and change management principles. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong understanding of cultural transformation and stakeholder engagement principles. • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. • Strong understanding of risk management principles. • Ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with change initiatives. • Strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and ability to track and measure the success of change initiatives. • Ability to provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and the Executive Team. • Strong understanding of organisational values and culture. • Ability to ensure that all change initiatives are aligned with organisational values and culture. • Strong understanding of processes and procedures for delivering change initiatives. • Ability to develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure the successful delivery of change initiatives. • Strong understanding of thought leadership and expertise in change management best practices. • Ability to collaborate with other departments to ensure that change initiatives are integrated with other organisational initiatives. • Strong understanding of a comprehensive change management framework that outlines the processes, procedures, and best practices for delivering change initiatives. • Ability to provide training and coaching to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver change initiatives. • Strong understanding of a change management budget and resource plan to ensure the successful delivery of change initiatives. • Ability to develop and implement a change management budget and resource plan to ensure the successful delivery of change initiatives.
