(Senior) Category Manager – NE4 (M/W/D)

• With us, you are responsible for operational and strategic purchasing in the area of NE4 services in the fiber optic environment
• You are jointly responsible for partner/project allocation and manage partners independently in the E2E lifecycle process
• You are jointly responsible for the implementation and compliance with framework agreements, change order management, and budget adherence
• You independently conduct purchasing, price, and contract negotiations in German and English
• Creating tenders and analyzing incoming offers are part of your tasks, in coordination with the specialist departments
• You develop procurement strategies and optimize purchasing processes in the area of NE4 services
• Together with the team, you conceptualize measures to deal with price, capacity, and market changes and accompany their implementation

• Ideally, you are familiar with the technical requirements, different methods, and materials used in the construction of fiber optic infrastructure, especially in the area of network level 4
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in operational and strategic purchasing, preferably in the area of NE4 services and in material purchasing or in the purchasing of building services (TGA) in structural engineering projects
• You negotiate confidently, convince with a self-assured demeanor, and find the right solution even in complex situations
• Ideally, you have experience working with SAP S/4HANA or comparable ERP systems
• You work in a structured and goal-oriented manner, keep an overview even with multiple projects, and reliably bring topics to a close
• You are a team player who enjoys working with colleagues and is open to approaching others
• You have completed a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable apprenticeship
