As (Senior) Category Manager (gn), you shape growth in key channels like food, cosmetics, OOH/Convenience and sports actively with us. We're looking for you if you not only bring your expertise but also want to explore new paths with us.

Your Mission with us

• You shape sales floors based on shopper insights and develop solutions that promote sales and engagement in prioritized channels
• You drive the implementation of the Perfect-Store strategy – from strategic product placement to improving the entire customer journey
• You develop individual planograms and shelf solutions that set our products optimally in scene
• You are responsible for conceiving, installing, and maintaining our B2B displays and work closely with suppliers
• You develop point-of-sale materials and training materials that sustainably support category growth
• You will become a sought-after Category Advisor and lead joint initiatives to develop category growth with trading partners

Your Experience & Skills

• You bring in-depth knowledge of FMCG products and categories, and are familiar with current market trends
• You understand the needs of buyers and retailers and optimize the shopping experience through well-thought-out merchandising strategies
• You use your understanding of buyer psychology to influence purchasing decisions with targeted product placement and promotions
• You think strategically and develop marketing plans that are based on long-term goals
• You are confident in handling Nielsen data and classic retail KPIs from GfK, making data-based decisions
• You communicate clearly, persuasively, and feel at ease in functionally overlapping teams
• You have a self-assured demeanor and represent our category leadership confidently externally
• You keep track of multiple projects in a dynamic environment and ensure smooth operations
