- Manage a full end-to-end portfolio of workers compensation claims for a respected government client.
- Take ownership of the claims process from initial liability decisions through to final resolution.
- Collaborate with internal leaders to share insights, contribute to reporting, and influence team strategy.
- Provide genuine support to injured workers while driving positive return-to-work outcomes.
- Proven experience in workers compensation claims management, either end-to-end or front-end specialist.
- Strong knowledge of NSW workers compensation legislation and how to apply it in practice.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience or interest in psychological injury claims will be highly valued.
