Responsibilities - Manage and supervise daily operations of the carpentry workshop, including production planning, resource allocation, and deadline tracking

- Lead and motivate a team of qualified carpenters, ensuring quality and safety standards are respected

- Collaborate closely with the design department to interpret plans and specifications for projects

- Ensure preventive maintenance of equipment and ensure the workshop is clean, organized, and safe

Profile - Holder of a carpentry CFC or equivalent training

- Confirmed experience of several years as a carpenter or in a supervisory role in the carpentry industry

- Solid leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others

- Knowledge of materials and manufacturing methods used in custom carpentry

- Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with clients
