ABOUT THE ROLE- A £750 Golden Hello is just one of the ways we'll reward you when you join Barchester in this role. As a Senior Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the different needs of our residents to enable us to deliver quality, person-centred care and support. Your role will involve supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. You can also expect to support the clinical team in a specific area, such as medication management, care planning, and resident assessments. You'll be responsible for ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support, and that our care home is a warm and welcoming environment for them.
