Within the Magenta team, we also act as the exclusive programmatic & paid social media agency for Deutsche Telekom. From awareness to performance: We develop digital media plans and manage campaigns across the entire marketing funnel.

To strengthen our team, we are immediately looking for a dedicated Senior Manager Programmatic Advertising (m/f/d) in full-time. In this position, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and optimization of advertising campaigns in a dynamic AdTech environment. Your daily work is operationally and analytically focused – at the same time, you will take on a consulting and strategic role for your clients.

How you can help us

• Campaign Management: You will be responsible for programmatic campaigns end-to-end and will have full responsibility for the operational campaign process for numerous clients

• Consulting and Strategy: You will advise direct clients and agencies and develop tailored targeting strategies to maximize campaign success

• Technical Implementation: You will control and optimize campaigns on various ad servers and DSPs, including mobile DSPs

• Communication: You will present concepts clearly and convincingly at all levels of the company

• Internal Collaboration: You will work closely with product management, business development, and our developers to continuously develop our data products

What you bring

• Experience: Several years of professional experience in programmatic video and display advertising; proficient in campaign management on common DSPs and basic understanding of TV planning/advertising

• Customer Orientation: You have experience in customer management and building sustainable customer relationships

• Independence: You work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines

• Communication Skills: Presentations and recognizing customer needs are among your strengths

• Analytical Skills: You have a strong understanding of numbers, an interest in technical contexts, and experience working with analyses, site tracking, and ad tags
