Senior C++ Developer

We are looking for a motivated C++ Software Engineer to join our team developing distributed transaction systems for the financial sector. The person in this position will be responsible for developing and maintaining efficient trading systems, analyzing complex architectures, and solving problems in the environment of real-time distributed systems. Scope of Responsibilities Development and expansion of key transaction systems for Fixed Income and Derivatives. Work in a small, highly qualified team of developers. Collaboration with both the technical team and business stakeholders. Participation in the continuous improvement of technologies used in the trading platform. Requirements Education Higher education degree in Computer Science or a related field. Experience Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in C++ programming (C++14/C++20) in Windows and Linux environments. Technical Skills Very good knowledge of: object-oriented programming, STL library, multithreaded programming, concurrency (synchronization, parallelism). Good knowledge of networking issues: TCP/IP, latency, throughput, network programming. Experience in designing and developing: distributed systems, high-throughput systems, low-latency systems, resilient systems. Very good debugging skills and the ability to quickly navigate large and complex codebases. Practical use of AI tools supporting software development (e.g., for code analysis, debugging, understanding architecture, and increasing productivity). Soft Skills Very good communication and ability to collaborate with technical and business teams. Independence, proactivity, and the ability to quickly integrate into complex project environments. Nice to have Experience in developing software for the financial sector or trading systems, especially for: Fixed Income, Derivatives. Attention to detail regarding code quality, testing, and system reliability. Knowledge of relational databases, database design, and SQL Stored Procedures.
