Senior Buyer

LHH We are looking for a Senior Buyer with consolidated experience in procurement, for a strategic and cross-functional role within a structured and evolving context. The figure will be called upon to actively contribute to the optimization of supply chain processes and definition of sourcing strategies. Responsibilities: ? Management of purchase negotiations, with focus on international suppliers. ? Functional collaboration with various corporate offices (technical office, production engineering). ? Support for reorganization of procurement offices and process improvement. ? Functional coordination of procurement teams. ? Development of strategic scouting activities and benchmarking of new suppliers (national and international). ? Construction of the annual budget. ? Proposal of new sourcing and procurement strategies, providing cost elements related to materials. Profile: ? Consolidated experience in procurement roles in medium-sized and structured contexts. ? In-depth knowledge of procurement dynamics and sourcing strategies. ? Experience in product categories such as heat exchangers, compressors, pumps, thermal components, electronic components. ? Excellent negotiation and relational skills, with a strategic approach and results-oriented mindset. ? Ability to work in teams and manage complex projects. ? Direct experience with suppliers in Asian countries. ? Background in project reorganization and process optimization for procurement. ? Language and IT requirements: good command of the English language, good computer skills (familiarity with Microsoft Office package, corporate management tools, and digital collaboration tools) Completing the profile: ? Ability to find advantageous agreements with suppliers, maintaining positive relationships. ? Data interpretation and reporting to optimize costs, times, and quality. ? Effective management of unexpected events in the supply chain or supplier relationships. ? Clarity and precision in dialogue with internal and external stakeholders. ? Respect for deadlines and process optimization. ? Synergistic work with other departments (logistics, quality, finance). ? Respect for regulations and ethical principles in selecting suppliers.
