As a Senior Buyer at HCLTech, you will be responsible for leading the procurement function across multiple business units, leveraging your expertise to drive strategic sourcing initiatives that deliver value to our clients. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing procurement strategies aligned with business objectives • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize procurement opportunities • Negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers • Managing procurement processes and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures • Analyzing data and metrics to measure procurement performance and make informed decisions • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including finance, logistics, and operations teams.
