Overview We are seeing a significant increase in our business and as such, we are looking for a Senior Business/System Analyst (Disaster Recovery) who will play a key role in ensuring that our systems and processes are disaster recovery ready. This is a critical position that requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. As a Senior Business/System Analyst (Disaster Recovery), you will be responsible for developing and maintaining business requirements for our disaster recovery solutions, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs, and ensuring that all disaster recovery solutions are properly documented and maintained. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field; 5+ years of experience as a Business/System Analyst; Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and maintain business requirements for disaster recovery solutions; Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines; Experience with disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution; Certification in ITIL or equivalent is a plus.
