Job description

At Wemolo, we are redefining how people experience parking. 🅿️

We combine smart infrastructure, data, and software to remove barriers in everyday mobility – making parking seamless, digital, and almost invisible. As a product-driven company, we believe in ownership, impact, and continuous learning: With us, you don't just contribute to products – you shape real user experiences on a large scale.

As a Senior Business Product Manager (all genders), you will take responsibility for the product-side driver experience and its strategic development. You will connect user needs, market signals, and business goals to define what the driver experience of the future should look like and how it generates measurable success.

AI is your daily companion - you use it to conduct analyses, generate insights, and automate workflows to build data-driven intelligence around our product portfolio.

You will help us go beyond today's parking experience and pave the way for a smarter, more connected mobility journey.

What to expect

  • Ownership: Be the product loop throughout the company: By analyzing feedback, bugs, and market trends, you transform user signals into data-based insights for the product teams. On our roadmap, you balance product quality and innovation. As a pioneer, you will open up new customer segments for user-centric development.

  • Strategy & Market: Keep an eye on everything – from competitor movements and strategic analyses to new industry trends, new product areas, customer wishes, and the needs of parking space users.

  • Discovery & Validation: Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to validate opportunities, identify recurring patterns, and translate market demand into a clear, long-term product strategy. You bring experience from all phases of the product lifecycle and focus on the early discovery phase to evaluate projects as effectively as possible.

  • Overview: Take product responsibility for large, cross-functional projects and ensure their successful implementation as a Program Manager.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the respective product and development teams – without having your own development team – as well as the Commercial, Operations, and Management departments to link product decisions with business goals. Your mission is to align the reality of rollout with customer needs.

Inspire us by

  • Background: You have more than 5 years of experience in product management in B2B software, SaaS, platforms, or similarly complex environments, including sound practical experience in building and developing products in early stages.

  • Product & Market Understanding: You understand customer problems, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes and can use these insights to shape product strategy and positioning.

  • Commercial Thinking: You are able to link product decisions to customer benefit, scalability, and business results, and work closely with commercial teams without viewing products in isolation from the market.

  • Technical Understanding and Perspective: You have a technical background or experience with tech projects. You can discuss projects from the perspective of engineers as well as less tech-savvy colleagues and develop solutions.

  • Stakeholder Management: You can align a variety of stakeholders towards a common goal while maintaining focus on the product.

  • Language Skills: You speak German at C2 level and fluent English, as the role involves occasional customer contact with a focus on the DACH region.

What we offer

  • Flexibility & Ownership: Your workday, your performance – Our hybrid model allows you focused work from home, fresh perspectives during workations, and personal interaction on our Anchor Days (Tuesday to Thursday).

  • Tailored Mobility: Full speed ahead – Whether sustainably with bike leasing or conveniently with travel expense reimbursement, we keep you mobile and on course with flexibility.

  • AI in Everyday Life: AI is not a buzzword for us, but part of your workflow – for better insights, faster solutions, and fewer repetitive tasks.

  • Ownership & Creative Freedom: Your impact, your balance – Take full ownership of your area and your KPIs.

  • Team Culture & Networking: Real connections – even beyond daily business. Celebrate successes with us at legendary team events and Spirit Days.

  • Productive Environment: Brainfood Deluxe – Whether it's portafilter coffee, the Bella&Bona online canteen, fresh fruit, or a muesli bar. Your well-being is the foundation for strong performance.

  • Health & Balance: Stay in balance with EGYM Wellpass or Urban Sports Club – nationwide access to over 1,000 sports and health facilities.

  • Top Equipment & Ergonomics: Whether Mac or Windows, at the office or at home – your efficiency and work comfort are not neglected.

  • Dress Code? Your Code: What matters to us is what you achieve – not what you wear. Wear whatever makes you feel most comfortable.

Innovation through diversity

Regardless of your background, origin, gender identity, or individual circumstances, it is your personality that interests us. That's why we create a culture of togetherness and respect, where every team member has a voice, can develop personally, and feels valued.
