About the Position

As a Senior Business Process Manager in the Supply Flow & Central Disposition department, you will play a key role in shaping, harmonizing, and continuously improving our end-to-end supply chain processes.

You will ensure that GROPYUS's flow and supply chain strategy is translated into robust, scalable, and efficient business processes – from production planning through transport to site logistics.

Your focus will be on process design, operational excellence, and data-driven control, with a strong connection to operational implementation. 

Your Responsibilities

• Design and continuous optimization of end-to-end supply chain processes (factory–transport–site) and ensuring a consistent master plan across all projects. 
• Control and further development of capacity, slotting, and sequencing processes to ensure a stable material flow. 
• Early identification of deviations and bottlenecks, as well as derivation and implementation of suitable measures. 
• Application and further development of Lean, TOC, and digital control approaches (e.g., SAP, Track & Trace, Control Tower), including KPI-based performance monitoring. 
• Close collaboration with relevant specialist departments to ensure material availability, on-time delivery, and smooth operations. 
• Identification and implementation of optimization measures, as well as establishment of best practices and a data-driven process culture. 

About You

• Completed degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a comparable field. 
• Several years of relevant experience (approx. 5 – 10 years) in Business Process Management, Supply Chain Management, or production/project logistics. 
• Experience in designing and optimizing end-to-end processes in complex, dynamic environments.  
• Strong understanding of material flows, production logistics, bottleneck management (TOC), and transport processes.  
• Practical experience with ERP/APS systems, track-and-trace solutions, and KPI-based control. 
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style combined with strong implementation skills.  
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive change across departments.  
• Enthusiasm for process optimization, digitalization, and industrialized construction processes. 
• Fluent German and very good English language skills.
