To further scale our digital process and system landscape, we are looking for you as (Senior) Business Platform Owner ERP & DMS (m/w/d). In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational development of our central platforms – and create the basis for efficient, secure, and future-proof business processes.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for our ERP platform (Business Central) and document management system (Microsoft-based)
• Translation of company and department requirements into technical solutions
• Control of system implementations, updates, add-ons, and process automations
• Development of platform strategy, governance, and access models
• Administration, user enablement, and support (including training & guidelines)
• Closely working with Development, Delivery, Operations, Finance, and Legal to harmonize systems

Your profile

• Studies in (Business-) Informatics, Industrial Engineering or comparable qualification
• Multiple years of experience with ERP systems (ideally Business Central) and DMS solutions
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform / Power Apps / Power Automate
• Understanding of interfaces, APIs, and system integration
• Structured, solution-oriented work style & joy in end-to-end process optimization
• Strong communication skills when dealing with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Fluent German & good English
• Plus point: Experience with Jira & Confluence
