Senior Business Partner, People & Culture, Insurance & Asset Management Job Overview Business Segment: Insurance & Asset Management Location: ZA, Gauteng, Johannesburg, 4 Ellis Street, Constantia Valley Office Park, Constantia Kloof To lead People & Culture for the Insurance & Asset Management, SBIB & SIL portfolio, using specialist knowledge, collaborating with senior stakeholders; advising on crafting & execution of bespoke & pragmatic people solutions. To formulate a way forward for the IAM, this role will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive People & Culture strategy that aligns with the business objectives, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment, and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. This role will also be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to senior stakeholders on people-related matters, and for identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Insurance & Asset Management industry, and will be able to leverage this knowledge to develop and implement effective people solutions that drive business results. The role will also involve building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners. To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to be able to work independently, think strategically, and be able to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner. The role will be based in Johannesburg, and will require regular travel to other locations within the region.
