Senior Business Operations Manager (m/f/d)

LANCH builds food brands for the delivery and QSR world. To do this, we combine strong brands with excellent operations, technology, and data-driven decisions.

As a Senior Business Operations Manager, you will ensure that important topics do not stop at analysis but are implemented. You will structure complex challenges, improve processes, and lead cross-functional projects from the initial idea to measurable results.
You will work closely with the Founders as well as your colleagues from Strategy, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Product, and Tech. The role is suitable for someone who can think strategically but, above all, is eager to drive things forward themselves.

Your tasks:

• You identify operational and commercial improvement potentials and implement them together with the relevant teams.
• You analyze performance data, develop clear action recommendations, and translate them into concrete measures.
• You take responsibility for cross-functional projects, from goal definition to implementation.
• You improve processes, structures, and responsibilities and ensure that solutions function sustainably.
• You coordinate stakeholders, resolve blockers, and consistently keep important initiatives on track.
• You support the launch and further development of new products, brands, locations, and markets.
• You recognize sensible application possibilities for automation, AI, and new tools and pragmatically drive their introduction.
• You help make LANCH more scalable and efficient with growth.

About you

What you bring with you:

• Several years of experience in a startup, in Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, Commercial, or a comparable environment.
• You have structured complex topics and independently led projects to implementation.
• Strong analytical and entrepreneurial thinking as well as a good understanding of operational contexts.
• High initiative, strong ownership, and consistent follow-up.
• The ability to coordinate different teams and achieve results even without formal line authority.
• Confidence in handling data, spreadsheets, dashboards, presentations, and business tools.
• Very good German and professional English.
• Experience in food, delivery, QSR, retail, hospitality, or a fast-growing startup is helpful, but not a prerequisite.
