Senior Business Information Security Officer

Within our Care Enablement segment, we develop and provide a broad range of products and services for our patients and partners worldwide. This includes, but is not limited to, dialysis products, dialysis services, and other related healthcare services. We are looking for a Senior Business Information Security Officer (BISO) to join our team. This individual will be responsible for partnering with business stakeholders to understand their security needs and requirements, develop and implement security strategies and roadmaps, and ensure the security of business information assets. This role reports to the Director, Information Security. Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the business and its information security needs. * Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on information security matters. * Develop and implement information security policies, standards, and procedures. * Conduct risk assessments and identify security vulnerabilities. * Develop and implement security awareness training programs. * Manage security incidents and coordinate response efforts. * Monitor and report on security performance metrics. * Collaborate with other security teams to ensure a consistent and effective security posture. * Stay current on the latest security threats and trends. * Provide guidance on security best practices. * Oversee the implementation of security controls. * Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR). Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field. * 10+ years of experience in information security. * 5+ years of experience in a BISO or similar role. * Strong understanding of information security principles and practices. * Experience with risk management, vulnerability management, and incident response. * Experience with developing and implementing security policies and procedures. * Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Experience with cloud security (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. * Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) are a plus.
