Job description

We're looking for a Senior Business Director to join a leading, award-winning PR and communications agency in Auckland. This is a chance to step into a senior leadership role where you'll shape client relationships, drive business growth, and guide talented teams to deliver bold, career-defining campaigns.

You'll lead a portfolio of clients across PR, social, influencer, content, and integrated campaigns in partnership with top creative teams. You'll oversee delivery, set the vision, and inspire both clients and colleagues while staying close to the work.

What You'll Do

Lead and grow key client relationships
Drive business opportunities and portfolio growth
Manage, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams

Manage budgets and ensure strong commercial outcomes

What We're Looking For

7+ years' experience in PR/communications (agency background preferred)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Commercial acumen with proven ability to grow business
A track record of delivering innovative, award-winning campaigns
Confident, strategic thinker with first-class communication skills
Collaborative and calm under pressure
