Senior Business Development Manager (Medical Device / Equipment Sales)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Business Development Manager with a strong background in hospital sales, business strategy, and team building. The ideal candidate should have an extensive network within the healthcare sector, particularly hospitals, and a proven track record of driving medical equipment/device sales. This role requires expertise in hospital sales negotiations, structuring business growth strategies, and building high-performance sales teams. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute comprehensive business development plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at hospitals and other healthcare organizations. • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and collaborations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business results. • Develop and manage budgets for business development initiatives. • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy and decision-making. • Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise to internal stakeholders and external partners. • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and technological advancements that impact the medical device/equipment sales landscape. • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products/services and their applications in various healthcare settings. • Provide coaching and guidance to junior business development professionals to help them develop their skills and achieve their goals. • Participate in strategic planning sessions with senior leadership to inform business direction and priorities. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Other duties as assigned by management.
