Your Mission
To support the development plan of a Group company in Southern Italy, we are looking for a Business Developer for the Puglia region.
The mission of the role is to expand the Group's presence in the territory through the development of the monobrand network and the identification of new business opportunities in areas with the greatest potential. The position requires a strong aptitude for commercial development, the ability to identify qualified entrepreneurs, and to transform opportunities into solid and lasting partnerships.
You will be the point of reference for network development, contributing to the growth of the Group's presence in the region.
The Value of the Role
The position has a direct impact on commercial expansion in one of the most relevant territories for the furniture market in Italy. Success is measured by the ability to develop the monobrand network, open new points of sale, and build valuable relationships with entrepreneurs and local partners.
It is a role with high autonomy and visibility, combining market analysis, business development, and negotiation, contributing concretely to the Group's growth plans.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a professional with consolidated experience in business development and the development of distribution networks in the kitchen, furniture, or interior design sector.
Knowledge of the dynamics of the market, dealers, and specialized operators is essential, as is experience in acquiring and developing new commercial partnerships.
The profile is completed by strong negotiation skills, a results-oriented approach, operational autonomy, and the ability to build credible relationships with local entrepreneurs and stakeholders.
What We Offer

Indicative salary package: Annual Gross Salary €46,000–€65,000 + MBO (Management by Objectives bonuses) and company car.
