Senior Business & Data Analyst for (AI Enablement)

Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business & Data Analyst to drive the successful enablement of an Artificial Intelligence Program. This hybrid role combines analytical rigor with project leadership, ensuring seamless integration of AI solutions, process optimization, and stakeholder alignment. Key Responsibilities Ø Lead and facilitate workshops and cross-functional meetings to gather business requirements and define solution approaches. Ø Analyze current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend AI-driven solutions. Ø Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications for AI model development and implementation. Ø Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful AI solution deployment. Ø Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitoring progress against key milestones. Ø Conduct data analysis using various tools and techniques to assess performance, identify trends, and provide insights. Ø Create and deliver presentations, reports, and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Ø Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the project lifecycle. Ø Manage project risks and issues, proactively identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks. Ø Stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends, technologies, and best practices. Qualifications Ø Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. Ø Proven experience (5+ years) as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst, with a focus on AI or data-driven projects. Ø Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business problems into actionable solutions. Ø Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences. Ø Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools. Ø Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn), or R. Ø Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Ø Knowledge of AI concepts and technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing. Ø Experience working with large datasets and data warehousing solutions. Ø Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
