Senior Business & Data Analyst for (AI Enablement)

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business & Data Analyst to drive the successful enablement of an Artificial Intelligence Program. This role combines analytical rigor with project leadership, ensuring seamless integration of AI solutions, process optimization, and stakeholder alignment. Key Responsibilities Ø Lead and facilitate workshops and cross-functional meetings to gather business requirements and define solution approaches. Ø Analyze current business processes to identify areas for AI implementation, optimization, and automation. Ø Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications and solution designs. Ø Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for AI initiatives. Ø Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively manage issues to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Ø Conduct data analysis, create reports, and present findings to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations. Ø Ensure data quality and integrity, and establish data governance practices for AI projects. Ø Support the development and implementation of change management strategies to ensure user adoption of AI solutions. Ø Evaluate the performance of AI solutions and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Ø Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in AI and data analysis. Ø Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications Ø Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration). Ø Proven experience (5+ years) as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst, with a focus on AI or data-driven projects. Ø Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets. Ø Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Ø Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences. Ø Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Ø Familiarity with AI concepts, machine learning algorithms, and related technologies. Ø Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Ø Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Ø Experience with data governance and data quality practices. Ø Experience with change management methodologies. Preferred Skills Ø Experience with specific AI platforms or tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure AI, AWS AI). Ø Experience in a specific industry or domain (e.g., finance, healthcare, retail).
