(Senior) Business Controller – HR Controlling (m/w/d)

(Hybrid in Köln or remote in Berlin / Full-time/ Unrestricted Contract)

Deine Aufgaben

• Responsibility for Headcount Planning, Personnel Cost Planning, and Forecasts across all Business Units 

• Sparring partner for People Team, Business Unit Leads, and CFO on strategic personnel and budget decisions 

• Preparation of reports, Soll-Ist-Vergleichen, and deviation analyses including concrete action recommendations 

• Steering and coordination of forecast and planning processes in the area of personnel costs 

• Collaboration with People, Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, and other Central Units 

• Further development of reporting, controlling, and personnel controlling processes in Workday as well as processing of ad-hoc analyses for management 

Dein Profil

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a degree in business administration, economics or a comparable field with a focus on controlling or finance or relevant professional experience 

• MULTI-YEAR experience in business controlling, ideally with a focus on Personnel Controlling / HR Controlling 

• FUNDAMENTAL knowledge of headcount planning, personnel cost planning, forecasting, reporting and performance analysis 

• EXPERIENCE with reporting and analysis tools; ideally knowledge in Workday as well as a SaaS- or technology-driven environment 

• OUTSTANDING analytical skills, structured and self-responsible working style, and pleasure in collaboration with different stakeholders 

• FLOWS German and English language skills in writing and speaking
