Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager with strong experience in Sales processes, particularly Direct Delivery and Field Sales within the Consumer Goods industry. About the Role The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology teams, lead regional initiatives, and drive digital transformation projects across sales operations in Latin America. Responsibilities Business Analysis Lead requirements gathering workshops with Sales, Field Operations, and Commercial Teams to define project scope, goals, and timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, leveraging data analytics and technology to optimize sales performance. Drive regional initiatives and lead digital transformation projects across sales operations in Latin America. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including Sales Leaders, Field Operations Managers, and Commercial Teams. Ensure effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders. Analyze business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. Provide expert-level guidance on process improvement and change management to ensure successful project implementation. Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects. Develop and manage budgets for regional initiatives and digital transformation projects. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to improve skills and knowledge. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve processes and operations.
