Job description
- In close collaboration with our Business Units, you analyze and document their processes and tasks in the form of diagrams and descriptions. As a result, you gain a deep understanding of the professional process, technical system context, and stakeholders.
- You are the IT contact person for selected applications and are responsible for their maintenance within the scope of support as well as further development in the team.
- You collect, specify, and manage specific requirements in the form of Epics and User Stories in Jira, as well as documentation in Confluence.
- You support the assessment of requirements (costs / benefits / risks), as well as the selection of IT software solutions.
- You accompany the conceptualization and integration of IT solutions into the existing IT landscape.
- You support the implementation & testing (e.g. by clarifying open professional questions) as well as the acceptance of solutions by stakeholders with the help of acceptance criteria.
- You ensure a clear user documentation and also conduct training for our stakeholders.
